My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. The rooms were uncomfortably warm for early March and lacked basic amenities like a fridge and sufficient electric plugs near the bed. However, the service provided by the amazing and helpful staff, especially Jane at reception, was a standout feature. The location was convenient for airport access but lacked local shopping options. The dining experience was overpriced for the quality of food served. Despite some shortcomings, the overall experience was pleasant due to the exceptional service received.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The staff, especially Daniel, Dan, Andy, and Andrea, were fantastic and made my time there enjoyable. The location was convenient, next to the metro, and I found the price and value to be excellent.
